Meet Morgan Dunham
An accomplished sportswoman, Morgan is also a painter in an unusually talented mix of art and sport.
In 2009 Morgan was in the New Zealand Women’s Rowing Eight that won Gold at the Youth Olympic Festival in Australia. In 2010 she won a scholarship to the University of Louisville in the United States where she completed a degree in Health & Human Performance, cementing her passion for sport & exercise.
As captain of the rowing team in Louisville, she motivated and drove her crew to the NCAA championships for the first time in their history, and was subsequently named on the All American team for rowing.
She has also volunteered her skills with various causes including the Hunger Walk, Deaf Volleyball and Wheelchair basketball, and youth health programs.
After organising and instructing groups of up to 80 people in fitness programs, Morgan has turned her expert knowledge and experience towards creating personalised & sport specific programs for her varied clients.
Morgan was selected and rowed with the Waikato Rowing Performance Centre for several years before honing her endurance doing half ironmans.
